Question: I went bankrupt in NYC in 2004. I was hit hard by both illness and the economy in 2008 and am now I am broke again with $23000 in credit card debt. is it possible to do another bankruptcy?

You will not qualify for another Chapter 7 bankruptcy until 2012, but you may qualify for a Chapter 13 bankruptcy that will allow you to reorganize your finances and get you back on your feet.
